About these terms
These terms govern your use of products and services operated by Memriq, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"), including the public website at memriq.ai, the Memriq newsletter, and invite-only applications such as Topsway, Braid, Command, Counsel, Vault, and the Claude Certified Architect Trainer ("Memriq Services").
Eligibility & access
Most Memriq applications are invite-only and restricted to users explicitly granted access by Memriq. By signing in you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of any organization you represent.
Acceptable use
- Do not share invite tokens or sign-in credentials.
- Do not scrape, redistribute, or republish Memriq-generated content without written permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.
- Do not use Memriq Services to generate content that violates the usage policies of upstream providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
- Do not use Memriq Services to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
Content & intellectual property
Memriq retains all rights in Memriq-authored material, software, brand assets, and aggregated analytics. You retain ownership of content you upload or create within a Memriq application. By using a Memriq application you grant Memriq a limited license to process that content for the purpose of operating the service for you.
Some Memriq applications include curriculum or reference content derived from third-party sources (e.g., Anthropic public documentation for the Claude Certified Architect Trainer). Such content is used under fair-use / educational principles and is not redistributed.
LLM-generated content
Memriq applications use large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate explanations, recommendations, agent responses, and similar output. Such output may contain errors, omissions, or biases. Verify critical information against authoritative sources before relying on it.
No warranty / no guarantees
Memriq Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. For study tools (such as the Claude Certified Architect Trainer), use of the service does not guarantee a passing score on any external certification exam.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memriq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Memriq Services. Memriq's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Memriq for the relevant service in the prior twelve months (or fifty US dollars if no fees were paid).
Termination
Memriq may suspend or revoke your access at any time, particularly for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion by emailing keith@memriq.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be communicated to active users by email at least seven days before taking effect.
