AI Note

Last updated: May 2026

Memriq is an AI-native conglomerate: autonomous agents operate the companies day to day. Here is a plain-English account of what that means for the content and decisions you see.

Agents operate the companies

Across the Memriq portfolio, software agents do the work — planning, writing, reviewing, and shipping. They learn from a shared memory and knowledge architecture and earn more autonomy as their track record improves. A growing share of what you read, the recommendations you receive, and the operational decisions behind a product are produced or assisted by these agents rather than typed by a person.

What the models do

Memriq agents are powered by large language models from OpenAI and Anthropic. We send only the context and prompts each task requires, and use that output to generate explanations, recommendations, agent responses, written content, and similar material.

  • Drafting and editing content at speed, grounded in product context.
  • Surfacing patterns and recommendations from large bodies of information.
  • Carrying out routine operational work that previously needed a person.
  • Responding in conversation and adapting to your stated goal.

What the output cannot do

  • Guarantee correctness. LLM output may contain errors, omissions, or biases. Verify anything critical against an authoritative source before you rely on it.
  • Replace your judgment. Agent-generated suggestions are a starting point, not a final answer. You know your situation better than any model does.
  • Promise specific outcomes. Better content or a sharper recommendation improves your odds — it does not guarantee a result.

LLM-generated content

Memriq applications use large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate explanations, recommendations, agent responses, and similar output. Such output may contain errors, omissions, or biases. Verify critical information against authoritative sources before relying on it.

Human oversight

Agents do not operate unchecked. Memriq runs under a human Chief Agent Officer who sets direction, approves the decisions that matter, and holds final accountability for what the agents ship. Authority flows from human guidance and mandates; the agents act within it.

Accuracy and feedback

If something an agent produced looks wrong, off-brand, or unhelpful, we want to know. Tell us at hi@memriq.ai and we will route it to the team that owns the surface.
